Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2023. Their pivotal investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements aligned to that schedule. Instead of saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—arrangements that look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
